Role Overview

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for the financial control activities of ServCo Canada, a multi-million dollar entity with a significant cost base. The role holder will perform operational accounting and financial reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the General Ledger and ensure timely period-end submissions and reporting.
• Perform financial operations associated with statutory, regulatory, and internal audit requirements.
• Oversee offshore operational accounting team activities.
• Coordinate billing and reporting to support the TSA.
• Ensure financial information is provided to stakeholders in an easily understandable format.
• Liaise with inter-company contacts to obtain relevant financial information.
• Collaborate with global businesses and functions to provide reliable planning data.
• Work effectively with other entities controllers, the ServCo Finance team, and the Accounting & Control teams.
