Mission
Lead and develop the Purchase to Pay team ensuring quality service delivery to entities in US and Canada supported by the Regional Centre of Excellence while continuously improving the processes and tools to ensure further efficiencies.
The ideal candidate has
- Relevant University degree completed.
- Strong Accounts Payable (AP) process knowledge and experience is required.
- 5 -7 years' experience in managing a team in a multinational Shared Service organization will be an advantage.
- Very good command of English and Spanish.
- Proven leadership and change management skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Infor M3 will be an advantage.
- Experience from working with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning tools are meriting.
Your responsibilities will
Manage the delivery of quality Purchase to Pay (PtP) services to the serviced entities in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirementsDrive the implementation of improvements to processes and tools in PtPAssist with improving and implementing process alignment in the RegionLead, motivate and develop the PtP team for maximum performanceCoordinate day to day activitiesContinuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficienciesDrive projects for the Purchase to Pay Regional Center of Excellence TeamMonitor Key Performance Indicators and implement necessary actions to correct negative trendsEnsure an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the Region and relevant parts of the Global organizationEnsure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the teamWhat would be successful behaviors for this position?
