CASA One Residential seeks a highly motivated, ambitious, and confident Real Estate Lead Manager. This is a full-time remote role where you will manage and organize new and old, inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain relationships with sellers. You will also assist in overseeing the acquisitions pipeline and collaborating with the co-founders and acquisitions team to secure profitable deals for the company and help us acquire new deals. The work hours will be in the EST time Zone.

Salary : Base salary of $1,000 to $1,500 per month, with an additional $50-$100 commission for every deal purchased. Potential to earn over $2,000 per month.
Availability : Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Must be available to answer text messages on weekends. Although weekend activity is minimal, prompt responses to incoming texts on your phone are required.
