Basically, we buy houses. But more in-depth, we are revolutionizing how people sell their homes. We work in Northeast Florida and North Carolina. We purchase houses directly from homeowners, providing an innovative, and smooth experience.

Our mission is to simplify real estate transactions, even if the situation is very challenging for the seller like foreclosure, divorce, a seller who is leaving the country, or a house that requires a gut renovation. We will walk the seller hand in hand through everything, making the house sale as straightforward and convenient as possible for our clients.

The Role

Job Description :

CASA One Residential seeks a highly motivated, ambitious, and confident Real Estate Lead Manager. This is a full-time remote role where you will manage and organize new and old, inbound and outbound leads, conduct follow-ups, and maintain relationships with sellers. You will also assist in overseeing the acquisitions pipeline and collaborating with the co-founders and acquisitions team to secure profitable deals for the company and help us acquire new deals. The work hours will be in the EST time Zone.

Responsibilities :

  • Dial and conduct quality calls with sellers and homeowners throughout the day
  • Manage and organize leads effectively, and maintain the CRM and the KPI dashboard
  • Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain relationships with sellers
  • Assist in real estate sales operations, including setting up appointments, confirming them, and following up
  • Respond to all leads from the CRM
  • Help analyze and negotiate deals to secure signed purchase agreements
  • Oversee the acquisitions pipeline and coordinate with the team
  • Utilize tech tools like Excel, ReSimpli (CRM), Propstream, Zillow, and other real estate platforms proficiently

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry
  • Excellent English
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage leads efficiently and conduct effective follow-ups
  • Construction knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with lead management systems and CRM software
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Time Zone : EST (USA Time)

    Salary : Base salary of $1,000 to $1,500 per month, with an additional $50-$100 commission for every deal purchased. Potential to earn over $2,000 per month.

    Availability : Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Must be available to answer text messages on weekends. Although weekend activity is minimal, prompt responses to incoming texts on your phone are required.
