Parts Management Analyst

Overview

Location : Mexico City.

Hybrid Work.

Responsibilities :

Develop a plan for every part on prototype builds

Identify and escalate issues that may affect prototype build starts

Track all parts for programs

Identify critical information concerning part delivery risks

Work with suppliers to develop delivery plans for all parts of key commodities

Schedule and host containment meetings to resolve problems and deliver a successful build on time

Utilize databases and analytics to track all parts / orders

Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date comments as well as supplier contacts on all orders

Pursue supplier responses and work to resolve critical open orders

Potential to travel to supplier
