As a Software Development Engineer, you will define, design, and refine the technology that keeps us ahead of our listeners. You will anticipate challenges, innovate solutions, and bring forward ideas. We support you with the latest tech, tools, and systems needed for success. You will lead your team to develop innovative solutions, guiding them through obstacles, and building our platform to deliver thousands of stories to millions of listeners, harnessing the power of the human voice.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Joining our team offers a unique opportunity to develop software that benefits a global customer base. The Marketing Technology (MarTech) team develops systems and tools enabling marketers to send personalized, multi-touch, timely messages, enhancing the user experience. Projects include customer journey automation and real-time targeting, utilizing AWS technologies like Kinesis, S3, EMR, and Elasticsearch.
