About The Role

You will lead end-to-end project delivery, contribute to new feature design, review code, advocate for best practices, facilitate engineering discussions, mentor junior engineers, and participate in an energetic, multi-functional team.

This is a teleworker position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Mexico, preferably in Mexico City for occasional in-office events. Compensation includes a competitive salary, benefits, and potential equity awards based on experience and performance.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of software development experience with ES6, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Python, Java, NodeJS, and Go.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Authorized to work in Mexico.
• Skilled in modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Recognized as a technical leader with impact beyond your team.
• Passionate about setting standards and improving system design and code quality.
• Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds and transferable skills.
