Mechanical Engineer - Industrialization

To support the industrialization and manufacturability of electromechanical automotive modules, such as Power Distribution Units (PDU), Body Control Modules (BCM), Zonal Controllers, and IO electronic housings.

The role focuses on improving build feasibility, cost efficiency, and integration with automotive manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze product designs and provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to product engineering teams.
• Optimize components for assembly processes, material selection, tolerancing, and overall durability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants to resolve build issues and improve production flow.
• Support prototype-to-production transitions, including feasibility reviews and tooling recommendations.
• Participate in FMEA, PPAP, and APQP activities for component industrialization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability goals are met from early design stages through to production.
