AECOM México busca un Contract Administration Manager

Buscamos un Contract Manager  con experiencia comprobable en la gestión, administración y negociación de contratos de obra y servicios relacionados con obra pública en México. La persona seleccionada será responsable de revisar, elaborar y gestionar contratos conforme a la Ley de Obras Públicas y Servicios Relacionados con las Mismas , así como de brindar asesoría contractual durante la ejecución de los proyectos, identificando riesgos y proponiendo estrategias de mitigación.

Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras :

• Redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos de obra y servicios relacionados con obra pública.
• Interpretación y aplicación de la legislación mexicana aplicable (Ley de Obras Públicas y su Reglamento).
• Apoyo a equipos técnicos y de proyecto en la gestión contractual y cumplimiento de obligaciones.
• Identificación de riesgos contractuales y elaboración de reportes y recomendaciones.
• Coordinación con equipos legales, comerciales y de proyecto.
• Elaboración de correspondencia contractual (cartas, notificaciones, minutas, etc.) en español e inglés.

Supervisión y orientación de personal de apoyo o analistas contractuales.
