Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Purchase to Pay Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our finance team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end PTP processes within a complex ERP environment, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor management, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset to thrive in a transnational corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable, including invoice validation, matching, and payment processing using ERP systems such as SAP S4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, PeopleSoft or similar.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable and assist with financial reporting as required.
• Utilize data analysis tools (SQL, PowerBI or equivalents) to analyze PTP data, identify trends, and propose process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements within Mexico and internationally.
• Provide clear communication and documentation to ensure process transparency and audit readiness.
