Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the compliance team to develop and provide employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.

About the Role :

• Create and deliver engaging training sessions for employees on compliance matters.
• Investigate and report compliance issues, irregularities, and violations in a timely manner.
• Monitor and track changes to relevant laws and regulations applicable to our compliance program.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including employee trainings.
• Ensure due diligence is conducted on third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Participate in regular compliance meetings with leadership to discuss ongoing initiatives and concerns.
