Buscamos un Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Definir el alcance, los objetivos y los entregables de proyectos complejos, alineándolos con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
• Desarrollar planes de proyecto detallados, incluyendo cronogramas, presupuestos, asignación de recursos y estrategias de mitigación de riesgos.
• Establecer y comunicar las expectativas del proyecto y los estándares de calidad al equipo y a los stakeholders.
• Supervisar la ejecución diaria de los proyectos, asegurando que las tareas se completen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.
• Monitorear el progreso del proyecto, identificar desviaciones y tomar acciones correctivas proactivas.
• Gestionar cambios en el alcance del proyecto, el cronograma y el presupuesto de manera efectiva, comunicando el impacto a los stakeholders.
• Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para todos los stakeholders clave, incluyendo clientes, equipos internos y alta dirección.
• Establecer y mantener una comunicación clara y regular sobre el estado del proyecto, los riesgos y los problemas.
• Gestionar las expectativas de los stakeholders y resolver conflictos de manera constructiva.
• Identificar, evaluar y mitigar proactivamente los riesgos del proyecto, desarrollando planes de contingencia.
