Role : AI Product Manager
We are seeking an AI Product Manager (3–5 years' experience) with a strong background in enterprise software and AI platforms to join our innovation team. This role requires a balance of product strategy, market validation, and hands-on execution to rapidly test and scale solutions that meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product innovation initiatives and support rapid prototyping and validation of AI-driven solutions.
- Work closely with the Head of Innovation to identify high-value use cases across industries and regions.
- Conduct ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) identification and test product-market fit using evidence-based design methods.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) validation, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and regional adaptation.
- Develop and maintain product marketing content and collateral to support sales and partner engagement.
- Collaborate with culturally diverse global teams across product, engineering, compliance, and customer success.
- Contribute to product scaling strategies by aligning market insights with roadmap priorities.
- Engage with enterprise clients in finance, governance, risk, and compliance to align product design with regulatory and operational needs.
Qualifications
Experience : 3–5 years in product management within B2B enterprise software, AI platforms, or SaaS.Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of finance, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).Skills :Product innovation and lifecycle management.Go-to-market strategy and validation.ICP and customer journey mapping.Creation of product content, collateral, and marketing assets.Evidence-based design and data-driven decision making.Education : University degree in International Business, Computer Science, or related field.Languages : English required. Additional languages preferred : Spanish, German, Mandarin, Ukrainian, and Polish.Travel : Ability to travel up to 25% (UK, USA, Schengen region, LATAM).Ideal Candidate Profile
