Descripción del trabajoProven experience in media planning and media buying (Meta, Google, or similar). Skilled at developing and testing strategies to improve results. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Fluent English speaker (required). Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently / remotely. Familiarity with API or CAPI integrations (preferred). Relevant healthcare industry experience (a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field. $2,000 / month Performance-based : pay tied to campaign results (goal : $12.50 CPL or lower on the majority of campaigns). Freedom to strategize, test, and innovate. Work with a dynamic team making a real impact in healthcare marketing. Opportunity for growth in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our team and take our campaigns to the next level. This is a remote, full-time role with direct impact on the growth of our healthcare clients.
Role Description
As a Media Buyer at Grow My Clinic, you will :
- Develop and execute effective media strategies.
- Plan, negotiate, and buy media across various digital channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to stay within budget and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align media plans with overall strategies.
- Analyze results, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to scale.
- Test and implement new approaches to consistently reduce cost per lead (CPL).
