We’re Hiring : Media Buyer (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our team and take our campaigns to the next level. This is a remote, full-time role with direct impact on the growth of our healthcare clients.

Role Description

As a Media Buyer at Grow My Clinic, you will :

Develop and execute effective media strategies .
Plan, negotiate, and buy media across various digital channels.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to stay within budget and performance goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align media plans with overall strategies.
Analyze results, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to scale.
Test and implement new approaches to consistently reduce cost per lead (CPL) .

Qualifications

Proven experience in media planning and media buying (Meta, Google, or similar).

Skilled at developing and testing strategies to improve results.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Fluent English speaker (required).

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently / remotely.

Familiarity with API or CAPI integrations (preferred).

Relevant healthcare industry experience (a plus).

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Compensation

$2,000 / month

Performance-based : pay tied to campaign results ( goal : $12.50 CPL or lower on the majority of campaigns).
