Job Overview

The Shop Visit Manager is responsible for supporting the management of shop visits where CFM activities are performed for customers in a designated region. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate shop visits to ensure adherence to agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
• Manage industrial gating processes, including induction, disassembly, inspection, repair, and delivery.
• Collaborate with customer teams to update cost estimates and share progress reports.
• Organize production meetings to identify critical items, review TAT, and optimize induction sequences.
• Participate in weekly status meetings to share best practices and develop documented processes.
