Within the Customer Support Department, the Customer Suppor Shop Visit Manager (Engine Owner) supports the management of the shop visits where CFM activities are performed for our customers in the region. Another shop may become another area of the opportunity in case of offloading engines / modules.The Engine Owner is in charge of managing the Shop Visit in accordance with the agreed specifications, shared during the gate 00. He / She follows-up and challenges the industrial gating process (G0 : induction, G1A : end of dissassy, G1B : end of inspection, G2 : end of parts repair, G3 : delivery) and reports on a weekly basis to the customer team.At G1A & G1B, the cost estimate of the SV shall be updated and shared within the customer team to understand the changes and evaluate their impact on the contract profitability.He / She organizes and animates production meetings with the customer team to identify and review any critical item, TAT and induction sequence (slot allocation).He / She participates on weekly status meetings with their counterparts in other SAFRAN sites to share best practices and develop a documented process to properly manage a LEAP SV.Participate on the production and industrialization and supply chain plan to set up all the capabilities in shop to properly perform a required WS.Airline / MRO experience Knowledge of aircraft engines Customer Service experienceContracts Management Project Management
