About this Role :
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage international assignments, providing expertise in immigration, taxes, and social security compliance. This individual will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing intricate matters related to relocation, and ensuring a seamless experience for assignees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the end-to-end international assignment process, guiding internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with global mobility principles.
- Assess needs and options of international assignees and their families throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing updates on regulatory procedures and internal requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum 2+ years of experience in international assignments, focusing on immigration, taxes, social security, or related HR functions.Desirable : Knowledge of migration processes in the USExcellent English language proficiency.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience considered.Proficient in MS Office Suite.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.Good oral and written communication skills.Foreign language abilities (Spanish / Portuguese preferred).Benefits :
