Cost Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cost Optimization Specialist. This role involves working closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks related to cost verification and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute cost verification and reconciliation processes in accordance with internal standards and procedures.
- Provide operational support to the operations team, ensuring seamless delivery of cost optimization services.
- Monitor profit and loss statements for cost optimization teams and optimize headcount, process efficiency, and cost structures, considering attrition and business needs.
- Implement and achieve team and individual goals for the cost optimization area, including talent development and strategic alignment.
- Effectively manage daily operations in the cost optimization process, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and client requirements.
Requirements :
Candidates must have completed training in accounting (I, II levels), ACCA, CIMA, or similar.
