Responsabilidades

The Procurement Leader is responsible for leading and executing the purchasing strategy for direct materials and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), ensuring the timely availability of critical inputs for operations, with a focus on cost, quality, delivery, and compliance with corporate guidelines.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge in direct materials and MRO management.
• Leadership skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work and manage multiple priorities.
• Teamwork and collaborative leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Data analysis skills.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Principles of material planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• High level of responsibility.
• Organizational, planning, and task prioritization skills.
