OEC Group is currently searching for a motivated and personable individual to join our Sales Support Department. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a direct role in maintaining customer accounts by creating pricing quotations for our sales team, analyzing shipping industry trends, and keeping rate tables up to date.

What you’ll be doing :

Providing sales support by issuing quotes on international trade lanes for existing and potential clients on services including spot rates, tenders, rate matrices, and more through the assistance of an Account Executive.

Generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.

Coordinating with Account Executive(s) to generate new leads / quotations and improve / optimize their sales process.

Developing presentations for Account Executive(s) to present to potential customers.

Answering telephones and giving information to callers, taking messages, or transfering calls to appropriate individuals.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Supporting in the organization and maintenance of relationships throughout OEC Group’s portfolio.

Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.

Entering information pertaining to potential leads and current customers in the active CRM, Sugar.

Collaborating with Operations teams on an as-needed basis for alternate options, rate discrepancies, etc.

Who you are :

You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience

Around one year of experience in an administrative / clerical type role

You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast-paced environment, being customer-oriented, a good communicator, and having a good sense of urgency

An advanced English level is a must
