Credit and Collections Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Credit & Collections Senior Consultant.

This role involves working with diverse global clients across various industries, utilizing advanced analytical techniques to diagnose issues, interviewing staff, formulating recommendations, and implementing proposed solutions.

• Manages employees and teams by setting performance goals, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of credit decisions and collection issue resolutions.
• Ensures individual metrics align with corporate objectives and identifies talent for development.
• Oversees credit or collection activities in a country.
• Collaborates with employees at other internal organizations to resolve issues, particularly those causing non-payment.
• Determines credit risk and presents arguments to support credit decisions to management, with authority to grant credit based on the authority matrix.
• Negotiates with large customers regarding contracts and payment structures or to collect customer payments.
• Resolves issues with large customers.
• Promotes structural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.
