This position involves assigning new claims within our system, responding to client inquiries, managing internal claims processes, rates, and clients, uploading critical information, and maintaining accurate records of service level agreements per adjuster.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assign new claims within our system (CTABS)
• Respond to assigned mail inquiries from clients
• Manage internal claims processes, rates, and clients
• Upload critical information
• Maintain accurate records of service level agreements per adjuster (status of claims)
• Respond to client inquiries regarding claim status
