🧠💥 Marketing Specialist - Architect Our Growth Engine

We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to build and lead our marketing strategy from scratch . You’ll work directly with the General Manager to shape our brand, drive demand, and generate qualified leads across countries such as the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia .

This role blends creative strategy with analytical execution . You’ll be responsible for building a scalable lead-generation engine while owning performance tracking and optimization. If you’re results-driven, analytical, and proactive , this is your chance to create something from zero—with impact across an entire continent.

Tasks

🛠️ Your Main Responsibilities

• Develop a $6M USD sales funnel through targeted multi-channel campaigns
• Define and lead our brand image across platforms—visual identity, tone, and messaging
• Collaborate with Sales to increase monthly revenue through high-quality lead generation
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across email, SEO, social media, and paid media
• Track and improve KPIs like CPL, conversion rate, MQL-to-SQL ratio, and lead velocity
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot
• Analyze funnel performance and suggest data-driven improvements
• Support A / B testing and optimization experiments to increase conversion
• Benchmark against competitors and identify growth opportunities
