Position Overview
Lead and inspire the Human Resources strategy across HYBE Latin America, ensuring alignment with the company’s global vision and business objectives. This role requires a leader driven by passion, autonomy, and trust — someone who empowers teams, nurtures talent, and builds an organizational culture where people thrive and innovation flourishes.
The Vice President of HR will design and implement policies, structures, and programs that strengthen leadership, elevate the employee experience, and drive sustainable growth and operational excellence throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional HR strategy in alignment with the company’s global vision, corporate priorities, and the cultural context of each country.
- Lead and develop HR teams in the U.S., Mexico, and Colombia, ensuring alignment with global standards and fostering collaboration, autonomy, and consistency in people practices.
- Oversee regional HR budgeting, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and alignment of financial planning with strategic business objectives.
- Implement culture measurement tools to ensure alignment with company values and organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion that enhances belonging and reflects the company’s values.
- Introduce and manage global 360° feedback systems and meaningful performance conversations that inspire growth and self-awareness.
- Drive regional talent strategies focused on attracting, developing, and retaining key talent aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and maintain periodic performance reports by function and geography.
- Ensure fair, competitive, and performance-based compensation and benefits across all countries, aligned with local market benchmarks and global corporate strategy
- Ensure full legal and labor compliance in each country, working closely with local experts and compliance teams.
- Oversee administrative management, payroll, labor relations, and HR policy governance across the region with integrity and consistency.
- Design, implement, and lead People Experience strategies that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging, strengthening the overall employee journey.
- Develop internal communication strategies that foster openness, collaboration, and trust across regional teams, inspiring people to bring their best selves to work every day
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.15–20 years of overall experience in Human Resources.Minimum of 8–10 years of specialized experience in areas such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, or People Operations.At least 5 years in senior or regional leadership roles managing multicultural teams.Experience in global or international organizations, ideally within music, creative, entertainment, or technology industries.Business English is mandatory.Why Join Us
