Job Summary :
We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees. You will provide expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance optimization, and organizational development to drive business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Partnership :
- Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned business units, understanding their goals and translating them into HR strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce plans, talent pipelines, and organizational design solutions.
- Advise on HR policies, compliance, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure legal alignment.
Talent Management :
Lead end-to-end talent processes : recruitment, onboarding, career development, succession planning, and retention programs.Address employee relations issues (conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions) with fairness and empathy.Drive performance management cycles, coaching managers on feedback, goal-setting, and development plans.Culture & Employee Engagement :
Champion company values and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.Analyze engagement survey data and implement action plans to improve morale and productivity.Design and deliver HR training (e.g., leadership development, compliance workshops).Compensation & Benefits :
Collaborate with Total Rewards teams to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits programs.Provide guidance on promotions, equity adjustments, and incentive plans.HR Operations & Analytics :
Leverage HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) to track metrics like turnover, headcount, and diversity.Generate insights from HR data to support decision-making and process improvements.
