We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Power Automation .Net Developer .

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for working on Power platform to assist clients in implementing and maximizing the potential of the workflow automation solutions to meet their specific business needs; acting as a consultant to troubleshoot complex issues, train users, and ensure processes analysis is understood for solutions in HSBC.

Main Activities

• Analyse client process and identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for automation and improvements in process / workflow.
• Define project scope, and design optimal workflow solutions.
• Present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in clear, understandable terms.
• Support business stakeholders in more than one time zones and work closely with internal US business partners to provide face-to-face troubleshooting support if something breaks.
