We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for a portfolio of eCommerce clients. This is a great fit for someone who loves building campaigns, testing creative, and analyzing data to drive measurable results.
In this role, you’ll have end-to-end ownership — from strategic planning to daily optimization — working closely with creative, CRO, and analytics teams to deliver measurable revenue growth. 🛠 What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube).
Design and optimize campaign structures, budget allocation, and advanced audience targeting.
Build and run creative testing frameworks to drive CTR, CVR, and LTV improvements.
Monitor campaigns daily and apply data-driven optimizations to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
Collaborate with creative, CRO, and account teams for cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy changes, and emerging ad tech.
✅ What We’re Looking For
3–4+ years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands.
Proven track record managing large Meta budgets and scaling accounts.
Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, remarketing, and funnel strategies .
Fluent in eCommerce KPIs : ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR, LTV.
Skilled with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, attribution, and Shopify.
Excellent English communication for reporting and client-facing strategy discussions.

Experience with U.S.-based eCommerce agencies or brands.
Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Klaviyo.
