- Job Summary :
- The Implementation Consultant is responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain and support hardware and software solutions, including problem identification, system architecture definition / specification, implementation, basic integration, validation and verification testing, customer education, solution activation, and system restorationThe Consultant works with a variety of customers across the globe to conceptualize, design and optimize Philips solutions with the aiming for customer success. Designing for these unique environments requires strong, proven design talent and a deep knowledge of technical and customer best practices in a variety of environments.
- Your role :
- Building, deploying and / or integrating solutions
- Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration and testing
- Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment
- Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support
- Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development
- Contributes to the collective learning of Philips, seeking to share knowledge globally; assesses and shares repeatable processes that can be leveraged across multiple projects
- Practices configuration management and version control
- Execute activities as described in the Philips Excellence Process Framework
- Is a key member of the implementation project and / or service team; fosters collaboration through sharing experiences, information, perspectives, skills and expert
- You're the right fit if :
- You have experience and affinity with an Healthcare environment (Nurse, doctor, chemical engineer, pharmacy or related)
- You speak Intermediate to Advanced English
- You have a strong communication and influencing skills
- Availability to travel within Mexico in order for the processes to be carried out at the client
- you have knowledge of SQL, software’s or in database administration knowledge
- You have project management methodology knowledge
- Good practices for documentation and BPM (Business Process Modeling) skills
- You have strong control over audiences and user training
- You have the ability to work under pressure and some stress situation
- You have the knowledge about NOM’s and regulatory standards for México (Preferred)
