Content Strategy Consultant – Bilingual
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and curious Content Strategist consultant to join our fast‑growing Gen AI‑enabled content delivery team. You will play a critical role in guiding strategic and operational content executions, managing strategies that align with project goals and client priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership, executing best‑in‑class content transformation, and staying at the forefront of Gen AI applications in content strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project strategies in fast‑paced, agile environments.
- Collaborate with clients to define business objectives and articulate content strategies that meet user needs and industry best practices.
- Lead strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Execute content transformation, optimizing processes for Gen AI tools and improving content libraries.
- Innovate and maintain high standards of copywriting, copyediting, and content tagging systems.
- Analyze client digital content, perform audits, gap analyses, and recommend remediation plans.
- Create and manage custom content publication, migration, and governance workflows.
- Understand and articulate how to take a client from their current state of content to the future state of the content.
Required Skills
Ensure ultra‑clear client communications, providing detailed updates and clarifications on deliverables and action items within a fast‑paced environment.Maintain a client‑focused mindset, ensuring all communications and deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.Deep understanding of digital best practices and a passion for emerging trends, including Gen AI; bonus for experience with emerging technologies in a content creation and management lens.Demonstrated curiosity and experience in learning new tasks, understanding their drivers, and seeing how tasks relate within the holistic content platform.Experience working in enterprise‑level content management systems and information architectures.Background in user experience, digital publishing, research, writing, editing, and strategy planning.Ability to segment, organize, and architect large content libraries and think through long‑term best practices for managing content catalogs.Strong written and verbal communication of complex or demanding subject matter.5–7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead content strategist role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.What We Offer
