Our client, a leading professional services firm in the United States, is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst / Associate to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, M&A activity, and market expansion projects. While the position is offshore, you will collaborate directly with U.S. stakeholders and gain hands-on exposure to transactions and corporate strategy within the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Support corporate development initiatives including M&A deal execution, strategic partnerships, and market expansion efforts.
- Conduct financial statement analysis, valuation modeling, and data-driven research to assess potential transactions.
- Prepare presentations, investment memoranda, and market intelligence reports for senior leadership.
- Perform industry and competitor analysis with a focus on the professional services sector.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities that align with the firm’s strategic priorities.
- Provide ongoing support in transaction execution, including due diligence, data room management, and financial modeling.
Qualifications
2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, or transaction advisory.Strong exposure to U.S. markets; professional services sector experience a strong plus.Proven experience with financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and market / industry research.Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to financial modeling required.Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior decision-makers.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
