Position Overview : We are a leading IT Consulting and Staffing firm with over 28 years of experience delivering exceptional SAP, Oracle, Cloud, PMO, and higher-level IT staffing services. We are expanding our global recruiting team and seeking a Nearshore IT Recruiter to support our U.based recruiting and sales teams to identify, qualify, and place top IT talent. Sourcing and Recruiting : Proactively identify and engage IT professionals in Mexico, Latin America, and the U.S. through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks to fulfill client contract and contract to hire roles.
Build and maintain a strong network of qualified IT talent for future opportunities, leveraging market insights to anticipate client needs.
Experience : 3–5 years as an IT recruiter within a staffing or consulting firm, specializing in contract or contract-to-hire placements.
S. recruiting (IT roles, client submissions, candidate coordination, or compliance familiarity).
Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and social media platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (bilingual required).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
