Job Title : Power BI Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for Power BI users across the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will ensure smooth operation, data access management, and security within the Power BI environment, supporting the Admin Team's reporting and analytics needs.

• Manage Power BI workspace access, permissions, and user roles.
• Monitor and troubleshoot report / dashboard performance issues.
• Assist users with publishing, sharing, and scheduling reports.
• Maintain data refresh schedules and resolve failures.
• Support governance policies and ensure compliance with data security standards.
• Collaborate with data owners and report developers to ensure accurate data representation.
• Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
