As a skilled professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with our IT operations team to resolve incidents, drive continuous improvement, and maintain high-quality documentation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure, applications, and security alerts using various tools.
- Perform daily health checks and support planned change validations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 incidents following established procedures; escalate complex issues when needed.
- Document all actions in ticketing systems and provide clear updates during shift handovers.
- Contribute to improving documentation and optimizing alerts.
Requirements
6 years of experience in NOC, helpdesk, or IT operations.Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).Familiarity with Linux commands and incident management processes.Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with global teams and vendors.Availability for on-call duties.Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in critical 24 / 7 operations environments.Hands-on with Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow.Strong technical documentation and communication skills.What We Offer
