Position Overview
The CEO leads a multi-state home health agency, responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures high-quality, cost-effective care while driving growth across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and Florida.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the agency’s strategic vision and growth plans
Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and innovationBuild strong relationships with regulators, referral partners, and community stakeholdersOperations ManagementOversee daily operations across all states, ensuring consistent care delivery and staff performance
Standardize processes and leverage technology for operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation requirements (CMS, state DOHs, etc.)Financial OversightDevelop and manage budgets, P&Ls, and KPIs across regions
Optimize reimbursement and revenue cycle performanceDrive cost-effective growth and identify new market opportunitiesQuality & ComplianceLead quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain full compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulationsGuide agencies through surveys and auditsTeam LeadershipBuild, lead, and retain a high-performing executive and field team

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in healthcare, business, or related field preferred8+ years of senior leadership in home health or post-acute care, multi-state experience preferredStrong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, compliance, and reimbursementProven ability to manage operations at scale and lead through changeStrong financial acumen and experience with multi-site P&L oversightWillingness to travel regularly across PA, NH, and FL#J-18808-Ljbffr
