Descripción del trabajoROLE Follow up with the AR agent of conflicting situations, if necessary - Record bank deposits from customers as per remittance information - Retrieve remittance information from customers’ websites - Validate that payment amount matches payment details and invoice data in the system. - Identify client discrepancies and short payments - Collaborate with the AR team lead - Assist the Credit and & Accounts Receivable Manager in other ad hoc tasks as required Skills and expertise You are detail oriented and able to identify errors - Effective communication, organization, and interpersonal skills - Fluent in English (oral and writing) - You thrive in an environment that involves multitasking and changing priorities - Ability to work both in a team and independently with mínimal supervision - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Requirements : - 2+ years of previous experience in similar role - Post-secondary diploma or college degree is an asset - Experience in transportation industry is considered an asset - Perseverance and alertness to priorities and urgency. - Position located in Monterrey, NL, Mexico We offer An opportunity to work with an established company committed to innovation, growth, providing a positive work environment for career development. - A working environment filled with dedicated employees at all levels - A competitive compensation plan including various benefits and incentives.
