We are seeking a Corporate Development / M&A Senior Advisor / Director to join our team in Mexico City, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX). NTT DATA’s Corporate Development team partners with the executive leadership team to identify, structure and execute targeted merger and acquisition and investment opportunities in support of its broader corporate strategy. We are building a high-performing group that partners with Senior leaders to execute our strategic agenda. The role requires someone who is highly analytical with a high level of financial acumen, and who can work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. This is an opportunity to contribute to a critical part of the growth strategy at NTT DATA, with high exposure across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include :

• Manage the M&A life cycle including origination, business case development, due diligence and transaction execution
• Lead financial modeling, valuation and analysis and due diligence of potential acquisition targets
• Partner with other team members of the Corporate Development team and senior leadership in support of executing our M&A strategy
• Monitor, analyze and report on industry trends and competitor activity that may inform strategic decisions
• Prepare Investment Committee and Board of Directors materials for presentation of investment opportunities
• Support post-closing periodical reporting requirements and monitor acquisition performance and realization of growth targets
