Job Summary

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the Supply Chain Management Support team. The job involves closely working with the client and their teams on Oracle Cloud applications and integration solutions and understanding their day-to-day operations. The correct candidate should be able to work with global teams, lead team members, and manage deliverables for the Oracle Supply Chain Track.

What do you need to come aboard?

~5+ years of experience within at least 2 of the following Oracle Cloud SCM products : Oracle Procure to Pay ( P2P ), Oracle Order to Cash ( O2C ), Manufacturing & Cost Management, Product Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, WMS.

~ At least 3 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency in SCM specifically.

~ Have a solid understanding of support methodology.

~ Experience in solution estimation and team structure definition.

~ Fluent and current on architecture trends in the SCM space.

~ Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and / or large support endeavors.

~ Proficient in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.

~ Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary team and client members.

~ Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

~ Experience working on multiple concurrent support clients.

~ Excellent problem-solving skills.

~ Be independent and self-driven.

~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field, or relevant on-the-job experience.

~ Certification in Oracle Cloud SCM and / or MFG .

~ Experience leading customer training sessions to educate customers on best practices.

~ Experience working with a globally distributed team.

~ English level : high-inter or advanced.
