As an Accounting Business Analyst (m / f / d) for the Global Accounting, Process Excellence Team, you will help improve and automate accounting processes, shape how we work, and play a key part in our company's success.About the RoleWork to improve and automate accounting processes as part of the Process Excellence Team and contribute to accounting and transformation projectsCollaborate closely with Leadership of Central Accounting Teams in Mexico City on their improvements RoadmapsUnderstand current accounting processes, conduct in-depth analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementTranslate business needs into clear and concise documentation for technical teams, including RPA developers, to develop a solutionDesign and further develop dashboards, applications, and tools across the complete lifecycleFacilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during the implementation of new finance processes or improvement of existing processesEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented accounting finance process improvements, as well as monitor the performance of financial processes, adjusting as necessaryAbout YouA degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related fieldCertification in RPA platforms is a plusSolid understanding of data analytics and system integration conceptsExperience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and proven experience in managing projects focused on implementing or improving finance processesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decisions and drive improvementsHands-on experience with finance systems; knowledge of ERP system, Oracle is a strong advantageFluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plusWe recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
