Descripción

• Lead COGS and inventory forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support operations leadership.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze operational data to identify efficiency opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to operational excellence through data-driven insights and support in process optimization.
• Perform business case analysis and forecasting to guide strategic decisions, including new initiatives.
• Support the development and enhancement of FP&A systems to improve planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

Perfil buscado

• 5-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong background in data analysis and business strategy development.
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Epicor, Planful, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Bilingual : fluent in Spanish and English (required).
