Business Intelligence Analyst
The Business Intelligence Analyst role plays a pivotal part in driving significant growth in new user acquisition, aligning with company-wide objectives (OKRs). This involves analyzing complex business data across various teams and functions to generate deep insights into our products, user behavior, and acquisition channels.
This position requires a skilled professional who can :
- Analyze patterns and trends in complex data sets to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and user behavior.
- Design and implement advanced experiments based on exploratory data analysis, testing hypotheses related to new user acquisition, tracking results, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics related to new user acquisition, making strategic decisions or implementing changes based on analytical findings to drive user growth.
- Work closely with marketing, product, credit / risk, and operations teams to anticipate analytics needs and quantify the impact of initiatives, projects, processes, products, or features on new user acquisition.
To succeed in this role, you will need :
3-5 years of work experience in analytics, finance, operations, strategy, or other areas requiring data-driven decision-making.Advanced skills in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools (preferably Google Looker Studio), statistics, and a basic understanding of data science models with business applications.A data-driven mindset, ability to think strategically, collaborate effectively, learn quickly, and maintain attention to detail while focusing on big-picture goals.As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering valuable insights from large datasets and communicating those findings to stakeholders.
