Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts with local and multinational companies.
• Create commercial proposals for Recruitment, RPO, Permanent Placement, and Talent Solutions services.
• Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
• Oversee the sales pipeline : from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities in the sales funnel.
• Negotiate and close contracts with managerial and executive levels (HR, Finance, General Management).
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of valuable solutions to clients.
