This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role
As Udemy transitions from Zendesk to Salesforce Service and Experience Clouds, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to help design, build, and scale solutions that enhance our global customer support operations. Supporting both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and B2B (Enterprise) use cases, you will be instrumental in delivering complex, secure, and scalable implementations using both declarative tools and custom Apex / LWC development. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Admins, and cross-functional business partners to bring strategic initiatives to life—from advanced case management to AI-driven automation.
Responsibilities :
What you’ll have
5-10 years of experience developing and administering Salesforce Service Cloud, with emphasis on supporting global SaaS companies
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Workato, Gearset, and AI solutions are preferred.
Required Salesforce certifications : Platform Developer I certifications
Preferred Salesforce certifications : Experience Cloud Consultant
Hands on experience implementing complex Service Cloud solutions including Cases, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and advanced automation
Advanced skill in both declarative development (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and programmatic development (Apex, Aura, LWR, Lightning Web Components, API integrations)
Experience working in an agile development environment with regular sprint cycles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity.
Hiring Compensation Range : $1,440,000 - $1,800,000 MXN
