Position Overview : As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations from the central area of Mexico to Panama, managing a team of two sales representatives. Your primary focus will be to drive growth among PVC window fabricators in the region and explore new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with PVC window fabricators.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Train, mentor, and develop sales representatives.
• Manage the sales budget effectively.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications :

Location : This position is based in Mexico, Queretaro, Leon , with responsibilities extending to Panama and other Central American countries.
