At Celltrion Healthcare Mexico, we are looking for a strategic Commercial Manager with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset. This role will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives through KPI definition, development of new commercialization channels, and management of key relationships across the public and private sectors.
Working in close alignment with the Country Manager, this position will lead the implementation of commercial strategies, negotiate with distributors, hospitals, and infusion centers, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
The ideal candidate will bring market intelligence, high-level negotiation skills, and proven experience in ROI management of marketing activities, as well as the ability to accelerate market access processes.
The main responsibilities of the role will be :
- Achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets
- Secure our marketing investment is optimized in the market to maximize sales and product performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies together with Country manager.
- Manage all sales and marketing activities such as sales volume, strategic planning, at private / public market level.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by providing leadership, strategic direction, and drive to meet challenging objectives.
- Maximize commercial opportunities interfacing at senior management level with key customers and suppliers to create long-term profitable business strategies.
- Manage the company pipelines and their respective indications to seize business potential.
- Cooperate with HQ functional personnel to ensure the plans in place and perfect execution.
- Collect market intelligence and respond accordingly.
- Plan and execute KOL management.
- Ensure marketing activities are executed to high quality standards.
- Ensure teams to achieve their goals by regular meetings, field joint calls, and 360 feedback.
