In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

Assure that the products are manufactured according to specon designs established by corporate offices in U.S.A.

Promote modern manufacturing systems that ensure a competitive advantage.

Develop the technicians that belong to the team.

Maintain communication and information exchange among the engineering managers on corporate offices.

Know the different standards applicable our products welding qualification as well as the several processes that are used within the different welding areas in order to be able to improve the process as needed.

Knowledge on the welding qualification process in order to qualify a new process or different parameters in an existing one if needed.

Knowledge on the variables that affect the performance of arc fusion welding process

Control the resources assigned by the company to the department.

Complies with all safety policies, reports immediately any situation of risk and participates actively with actions to improve safety in his area of control.

Take and participate in actions that helps keep the Quality System.
