Job Description

The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes to efficiently produce high-quality products. This role involves coordinating between design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to mass production while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing process development and industrialization.
• Knowledge of CAD / CAM software.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
