We are seeking a strategic professional to help us expand our portfolio and drive growth in Mexico.
This role involves managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing operations to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for our last-mile solutions.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Key Account Management : Ensure client satisfaction and maximize value received from Zubale.
- New Business Development (Hunting) : Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with strategic clients at the national level.
- Growth Opportunity Identification (Existing Accounts) : Analyze client operations to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for our last-mile solutions.
- Account and Sales Strategy Planning & Execution : Develop detailed account plans and execute strategies to drive retention, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Internal and Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of exceptional service and efficient resolution of challenges impacting operations in Mexico.
- Strategic Reporting and Analysis : Monitor and report key client KPIs with a national perspective, identify market trends, and provide valuable insights to leadership regarding performance in Mexico and growth opportunities.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or high-level Commercial Management roles.Demonstrated experience managing clients or portfolios at a national level or with significant geographic responsibility.Advanced English level for communication with international teams and clients.Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, including operational levels to C-level executives.Ability to interpret data, identify business needs, and translate challenges into concrete opportunities and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in your previous roles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing operations to drive revenue growth.
