You'll be responsible for managing the full order lifecycle for local distribution from order entry and validation to delivery confirmation.We are looking for a key contact between cross-functional teams such as logistics, planning, commercial, and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
This role also involves analyzing order data, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies.
If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Order Management for Local Distribution : Responsible for the complete order lifecycle for Colombia, including order entry, review, inventory validation, pricing checks, and delivery confirmation.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all orders while maintaining clear communication with the logistics and planning teams until final delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as a central point of contact to ensure alignment across planning, logistics, commercial, and customer service teams.
Foster strong synergies that enhance order visibility, execution accuracy, and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, simplification, or automation.
Proactively challenge inefficient processes and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives that optimize operational performance.Order Analysis and Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze order data and volumetrics to identify trends, measure performance, and support business decision-making.
Provide timely updates and reporting to commercial and customer service teams to ensure transparency and proactive issue resolution.Administrative Compliance and Service Quality : Perform essential administrative tasks in accordance with corporate policies, including credit note management and support for special information requests.
