Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Value Stream Coordinator to join our team at our Celaya Plant in Mexico. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream.

Responsible for the entire Value Stream Planning according to the System CIP (Continuous

Improvement Process) approach to ensure the achievement of Targets & leading to Value

Stream Vision accomplishment.

Sets value stream KPI-targets according the business requirements
Responsible for the value stream KPI-target tracking and reporting for BPS (Bosch Production System) assessment
Leads the value stream planning process (includes regular reviews of the value streamplanning & workshops facilitation within the related areas)
Promotes & supports implementation of Pull & Leveling projects in Manufacturing &materials inventory areasead value stream mapping activities to identify areas for improvement and waste reduction
Internal Logistics activities (Calculation of transport material, and material flow between

production and warehouse, definition and ordering of transport material)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related field

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

Proven experience with lean manufacturing principles and value stream mapping

Strong background in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

Excellent project management skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

General knowledge I4.0 Systems and Data structure

Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)

In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Capability to work within a team

Analytic, Enthusiasm & Good organization skills,

Very good communication,

Presentation skills
