We are currently looking for a
Project Manager
in
Latin America
Accountabilities
Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from client brief intake to design, sourcing, production, and delivery.
Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure creative direction aligns with client expectations and brand standards.
Source and coordinate with international factories and vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking.
Provide regular updates to clients, address issues proactively, and present solutions.
Ensure quality control throughout prototyping, production, and final delivery stages.
Monitor project profitability and contribute to meeting revenue and contract targets.
Identify opportunities for innovation in materials, techniques, and creative approaches.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in project management, production management, or design / retail display development.
Excellent English communication skills; Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plus.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexible schedule to accommodate global client needs.
Hands-on approach with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Benefits
Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, EST).
Monthly salary : 2,000 USD with annual bonus eligibility after the first year.
